Stars have now all decreased in luminosity. The night sky is alot darker than it used to be.

Wavelengths of color have also failed to completely travel. Colors are now bland.

Daytime looks more like a cloudy day at sunset rather than the sun shining on a clear day.

And nighttime is so dark, whatever light you have cannot brighten the distance.

Electricity on the planet has failed to do most of its job.

This is just the beginning of the dark ages.
