@beginninganimator the original design you sent me was quite tricky to work with so I decided to re-make it, let me know if you’re still okay with that.
So far around 70 nodes have been used, a pretty optimal amount considering the layering and detailing.
Still far from done though.
Should I include the little orange specks throughout or no, there is a comparison image below with the two faces showing it.

I’m not applying additional grammar, just saying before someone pulls me aside for not putting a question mark or something.
Oh and another thing, I gave the design a more smooth slender look rather than muscular and humanoid as it’s supposed to be in space which has a lot of round things. It appealed to me more than a muscular design I guess.
Yes but in the universe I’ve created, things evolved differently. Such as humanoid black holes were actually created by “superior beings”. They were made in their image, which is why he didn’t evolve roundly. But keep it, its cool.
He was also born in the radiation era of the universe, and was apart of many dangerous situations. So if he was actually round, he would be deformed in a way that isn’t quite technically round.
(He already is technically deformed.)
I see, this makes sense now. I’ll add some distortion to his proportions to match this description as best I can.
It would probably bump up the node limit though, i’ll try anyway and have two options you can choose from.
The fig is great but
How tf is an upper torso 70 nodes?
Is that bad or good?
Keep in mind here that layering and accuracy is just as important as detailing.
I count 50 at most lol
I still need to utilise the node usage correctly as there are nodes that doesn’t need to be there but it’d only go to around 60, like I said layering is important, each time you use a segment with a trapezoid or a flat at the base shape it means when you move it, a white line (a gap) will appear therefore I need to put a few rounded segments there.
that shiny aesthetic is so nice
now do the whole body
dip him in oil
What’s ur email
Why did you want a re-make as well?
I’ll consider it. Send it to [email protected]
Sent. In fact I do want this remade
Sure, i’ll check it out.
Its pretty good so far ngl.
The orange specks are good, keep them. If your fine with it, I might use some of the features for the original design.
Also, the original is probably tricky because the figure has nearly a year of history packed with constant tweaking and changing.
