@heat just wanted to say this, no hate or anything. But I noticed you started to do the exact same thing I do of welcoming the new users. I saw you were doing it so new members would join a group, but I’m just doing it to plainly welcome them and offer any help. I don’t have a problem with welcoming new people it’s just that you seemed to format and say the exact same stuff as me in messages I do. So pretty much what I’m saying is, I’ll take care of the welcoming people since I think it’s a don’t think it’s a good idea to have people @ing them in mass. It’s ok to welcome, I just don’t want to see this as a trend where people are @ing new members so that they join their group. I’m just in it to help the community.

It isn’t a “right” really to greet users but it’s a ass move to just shit you off like this
Especially since his greedy ass just wants to bloat up his own group
I’ve heard his intentions are to make a group that will help new users understand stuff so we wont have to criticize all the time.
but idk.
*What has he done so far tho*
Currently people in the group have just been giving advice, i gave my own share of advice aswell.
Other than that, nothing else really.
Even the dude that just joined , Jay
Really useful thing to do would be like “how to set up a profile”
Kinda tutorial
The group has been around for Less than 2 weeks, you cant expect me to make astronomical changes in that time frame
I expect at least 1 thing that’s useful…
I won’t disappoint, I may not be useful to you though, it will be useful to new people
You really should start with everything
How to set up your profile
How to make groups
How to start up ideas
How to conserve nodes
How to do certain types figures , pixel figures , realistic , 3D , pastel , etc
Thanks for the heads up, I’ll take this advice
Well we kinda have a lot of those. Plus if it is for helping users it shouldn’t really be the heat server or group. It should be something like SN help center or SN starting out. By it being a group in his name comes off as he just wants members. Plus the only way someone would know it’s for newbies is by his @s which he copied from me and is now used to just get more members
Hey, I had no idea you were doing what you are, I just wanted to make a place for new people to get some advice or tips on thinks they are working on, or just so that can ask questions about the website. I didn’t intend to copy you because I had no idea you were doing the same thing, also I’m happy someone else but me has some good intentions of helping new users get accustomed to stick nodes. My only intention is to help. I think it’s cool to greet new users good on you, but I want new users to have a safe place where they can get some help without any judging.
