heres what hed look like:
a tech master with a teleporter wristband that also allows him to do holo-calls (hologram phonecalls)
hed be covered in technology and have a robot assistant names TR-8R (his names a dead giveaway of how hes gonna betray him)
hed also be wearing a cool looking crown with gems on them. each symbolizing a user that has helped him in the past (you can decide who)
Or you can make it so he was suffering of a disease and had to upload his conciousness into a computer before he died like Arnim Zola in the mcu
