I honestly expected more muscles to be on the lower part of the torso but surprisingly no, it’s just some obliques and then higher up it’s more oblique and something called the Serratus Anterior which connects to your rib cage, it intersects with the obliques giving that lumpy look.
Also learnt of another muscle called the Sternocleidomastoid which is this muscle:
