I got a mental breakdown after I lose this fig.

Usually, I recover from mental breakdowns pretty quickly. But that happened frequently. The rate increased this month, unfortunately.
My man i feel you bruh, its like you put so much effort in these figures and then they just disappear.

how did you lose it though, did you just not save it for the entire time?
Actually, the way I lose it is very rare.
The fig is actually saved, but the entire file is corrupted.
Tip: Every 10 minutes save your stickfigure as [Stickname]WIP and just load it in and edit the WIP Stickfigure. This can help you whenever you have to quickly go, and you’ll still be able to get back onto your progress later.
I always do that.
Can you try to send your progress files to your own email? That could work
