You can always convert the video into an mp3 with any mp3 converter website
Sure, if you’re using iOS you can essentially take songs, screen record them then taking it to iMovie and detaching the audio, then deleting the video and then you can use Streamable to post videos given you put any footage or whatever over it.
That’s a way that I use because I usually just post dumb videos to Streamable and that’s it.
Not sure if that’s what you were after though

Go to cloudconvert
Put in the video file, have it convert to mp3
Download the mp3 file
Save it in wherever your Sticknodes sounds folder is located
You could also go to a shady YTMP3 website and risk getting your device filled with malware
