Might be a good idea to try and put some stuff into fruition, as in try and present parts of the story in different ways. Basically giving yourself a new perspective on it can help rather than being stuck trying to come up with the perfect plot.
For example, you could make a playlist for a scene or act out the scene in your head or even with figurines, think about personal interests and aspects to your characters. Stuff like that to flesh it out without having to think too hard.

plot is a check, characters are a check, the only things that arent a check are the actual character PERSONALITIES and scenes and stuff which is what im trying to figure out now, making scenes that expand the plot into 20 whole ass chapters (teaser?)

oh i havent actually tried it yet, ive been wrapped up with other stuff and i havent had the time to get started on that voice stuff
