I used to meditate a little more back in school anyhow I’ve been getting into some breathwork drills amongst my training for focus and improved oxygenation to my blood, not to mention the mental clarity and calmness it provides me.
Every night I do some sort of meditation to give me better chances at a lucid dream occurring. I also use it during the day sometimes to help with overstimulation.
It’s simple, just requiring alternating focus between your sense of touch, sight, and hearing for around 20 seconds each.
I mean, i usually kill people whenever im feeling down, but according to the police that makes me a “criminal” or some stupid woke thing like that.

This is probably a silly question that I feel I should already know, but do you have autism? Is that what you’re referring to with overstimulation?
