    • Justin Tomchuk’s Interface

It looks weird, but the story is great, and the music is phenomenal. It’s my favorite movie and it has inspired me so much.

An experiment during the coattails of WW2 transforms the entire world into a husk of itself. Ghosts are visible. Monsters walk the earth. A man who can’t die and his shapeshifting paranormal clown friend go on an adventure to find what’s left of his family.

Weird premise but it’s super good, you should check it out sometime. It’s entirely free on YouTube.

It is a lot of meetings and can get boring at times, but I think it genuinely is a good movie. The design of Godzilla is horrifying, the OST is great and its weirdly funny at times, especially for a more serious movie.

Sorry if I sound like im glazing its cuz i am

    • I’m gonna start.
I fucking LOVE Kung Fu Panda 2.
This ramble will be a bit all over the place.
Po’s story throughout this movie literally makes me want to cry at every scene.
His discovery of himself and what does and doesn’t define him is so powerful and really resonates me as someone w a troubled past.
I also really love how they showed po’s friends misunderstanding but still genuinely trying ti care for him and validating his emotions. Despite not doing the best at it during some times.

Random thing but when po leaves his dad without saying that he is his son breaks my fucking heart everytime.

The main villain is SO GOOD and Def the best out of the entire franchise and one of my fav villains period.
The way that every time you see him or his goons, there’s a hint of red or the entire scene is absloulty covered in red. Like the blood Shen spilled in the past always follows him, bc it does.
Another thing w the movies lighting is how once Shen shoots down the tower the movie becomes a lot more dramatic and dark than what it already was, being symbolized by it being nighttime for the rest of the movie and sunrise when Shen dies.

      Amazing movie.
Yall should watch it if you haven’t and if you have then go watch it again.

    • Alien. I’m taking the original. In my opinion it was cinematic masterpiece. Everything from the concept of aliens that lay eggs inside you. To the androids and not to mention Jones the cat.

    • Hardcore Henry because it kinda pioneered a whole genre,
The one shot first person takes are Soo fucking cool

I genuinely want to direct something similar to this with stick nodes if I ever get the ability to do that lol.

(Music video by the band who make some songs for the movie too lol)

Honestly the band (Biting Elbows) is involved alot in hardcore Henry too, and have slot of cool stuff on their channel too! Didn’t even fully realize that lmao.

Duuuddde Hard-core Henry was my everyday movie when I was 11/12.
I didn’t know there was a whole genre around first person camera movies. Thats acc sick
My favorite part was when a random wild horse came up to him at the most conventional time ever

          Yeah!
It should have a sequel 😞 or… Spinoff!

    • Deathproof.
Why? Because well, it’s got Kurt Russel, a 71 Chevy Nova, and lots of fun, gory kills.
It’s one of the few movies i can watch again and again and again without getting bored (Including Tombstone)

God that movie was so unexpectedly good.
Music, action, characters, pacing, drama, all of it was surprisingly good. I’d say that I am p critical when I watch media, standards are *high* and I thoroughly love this movie.

    • All Quiet on the Western Front or Interstellar. I love movies that make an impact on you, that make you think, and make you question what is and what can be.

    • Bullet train will always be peak fiction in my eyes

      Casting, soundtrack, editing, identity, humour.
      I just think it’s perfect.

so perfect infact that I based my final project in college off the editing style and characters from bullet train.
