To use, simply connect the 2 teleporters, set a specific location, and the teleporters then replicate matter from the human body, and transfer it to the place you described. Why would people not have teleporters 52 years from now?
Teleporters are extremely high tech. In fact they are dangerous too. It would take 100-200 years to perfect technology like that.
