Okay, I’ve got something to say and it applies to us all. Newbies, veterans, Scarf Users, OC Users, Tweeners and Non-Tweeners.
Since i realised i was a genuinely popular User around 2015, i abused my power to get what i wanted. I’d use my influence to persuade and manipulate and it was really f**ked up. Around this time though, Drama began to become an apparent thing and has been since. My old attitude of arguing over ideals seeped into the newbies and led to Gen3s being so hated, they were Drama mongers. Since then drama has been at an all time high, people are calling the comminty toxic because of it, no one’s opinion is safe. Recently however, I’ve come to a point where Drama has gone too far, where we conspire behind eachothers back, attempting to ruin eachothers reputation like we’re the SPQR Senate trying to assassinate Julius Ceaser. Recently i finally felt the sharp side of the dagger and felt first hand what it felt like to be at the receiving end of my drama and it hurts, it really hurts.
I’ve since adopted a new ideology, one based around love out of ignorance and acceptance. In other words, if you don’t like someone’s opinion, leave them be, because your words can feel like knives to the other. If someone is factually wrong like saying Scarf Figs are superior to OCs, just point out the facts, don’t go on a tangent about how they’re autistic or whatever. We need to stop seeing opinions like facts, they’re different things.
My opinion has shaped this website time and time again and this time i want to make it count, cause if we can’t get along, we’ll never eliminate Drama, we’ll never fix this website. If we work together, go out of our way to be nice to eachother or just ignore things that trigger us rather than attacking them, we can do the impossible, we can stop drama once and for all.
We don’t need Drama Crushers, we don’t need StickNodes Drama Patrol, we need you, we need you to care about us so we can care about you.
Spread this message on Groups, on Discord, YouTube even. Screenshot it, Copy and Paste, anything. If we can work together and spread a message of kindness, we can make this site better for everyone.
So the newbies can be accepted into the community, so the veterans can be respected, so the Scarf Users can make better OCs, so the drama can finally stop.
