That’s the charging handle of the kriss vector. The vector is one of those guns with the odd charging handle like the G36C where it kinda folds back. Heres a 3D example of it. Watch for the fold in the charging handle. https://youtu.be/Truaikk_gc0

Well. The charging handle is what opens the chamber of the gun. When it’s pulled back the chamber cover is opened and a bullet will slide into the chamber to be fired. Once this action is performed once, it doesn’t have to be performed again until the magazine is emptied.
