    Hmm…
I’ve been doing alot of thinking. And I do mean ALOT of thinking.
Details in figures. The point of MOST animations is to tell a story whatever story that may be. While I’m not a fan of bases or scarfs I’m fine with simplistic figures my favorite of this simplicity being @vamrackpowerhouserhouse. (Btw how old are you you look 20) as long as you can tell the story with your style whatever that may be your animation should improve whatever style you use. My next point is that all figures have their limits and before you tell me a skilled animator would know how to get around it. Stop right there and listen. Details restrict certain types of movement. @muhskillz shows why people like to use base or scarfs figures. It’s the flexibility. Characters like @explosivebullet cannot make such movements unless a figure was created for that figure to get around that. Next is how people are treated when they disagree with the popular people like @epitaph200. It’s terrible. Even @sswsb has felt the effects and created a simple but detailed character just to get people of his back. It’s atrocious. My last point is weapon design and why real life functionality should not replace unique design

This was a cool sword witch I argued for but EVERYONE here is obsessed with functional design it’s limiting creativity and getting users scared to post their swords. Anyhow that’s my mini rant

    • male homonid as I have shown previously you can stretch with explosive bullet’s OC, it just requires some clever masking.

Agreed. I’ve used stretches often with him with no problems. You just can’t do so 90° turns due to the detail though.

    • It’s like how a lot of shows are at their best when on the verge of cancellation. Or how your body operates at its peak if something life threatening is going on. Or like how Fallout New Vegas is a great game made with a tiny budget and 18 months, but Mass Effect Andromeda had a 40 million dollar budget and 5 years in the making yet turned out like utter sh!t.

Limits sometimes spark creativity because you have to be creative to work around said limits.
