this is plagiarism, you took someone else’s good art, and made it a fig and made it your OC
you should probably come up with a character design of your own and draw it out.
it doesn’t need to be good, so long as you understand it enough to make it a fig. after all, the artist knows more than anyone what he’s drawing.

Plus I only used the design. I’ve given credit. And I’m getting feel sick of people telling me what to do and place it as a “suggestion” I can’t draw so o find inspiration and mash sh!_ Altogether . This is one of the very few times I used a full image because that mashing method wouldn’t have worked well here
you can’t dismiss plagiarism with “I gave credit” or “I made the story myself”
imagine if you went out, made a movie using only toy story characters, sold tickets for it but only changed the story and gave credit which means pretty much nothing.
you would get sued.

If you say I didn’t make this myself and point to the original them sueing is much harder.

you’re still at the very least stealing someone else’s work.
you can’t just take someone else’s work and put it on your own character, you could potentially be sued for using a character design that isn’t yours.

take inspiration, don’t use the whole thing, take inspiration and combine your own concepts with it.

As you can see I didn’t do everything perfectly and can use that to my advantage. I’ve taken enough inspiration from other elements and will be using somthing else for the powered up blue fire version. I have given credit. The source is clearly there. And that should be enough
