Well, it’s happened multiple times in the past. Often times, people do it for more attention and whatnot. People have faked cancer, suicide attempts, deaths too, all for the sake of attention. It’s sad if it’s true, but it’s kinda disgusting if it isn’t. Hoping the best for em, but until there’s actual proof of death, I don’t think it’s real.
Unfortunately, Sariness actually did have cancer and died of it. While many people certainly fake these things, there are times when they prove to be true.
