I have an idea, what if one of the nations is building robots like Thaltop’s in secret? These robots would be inspired by the NBC Elites and the Thaltop Combat Bots, the country that builds them would represent a threat to world peace, but perhaps you should also create a new country or simply reveal that the NLCO was secretly building them (as when it was revealed that North Korea was building nuclear weapons).
