A man that was scavaging and doing whatever he could to survive in a wasteland. He soon found broken down thaltop Elite suits. He took pieces and pieces and when he made his suit. He started upgrading. When he was happy and content with his suit, he started stealing from people. He joined thaltop after a few years of stealing and scavenging.
