We have kinetic bombs.
Which are bombs that basically cause man-made earthquakes.
They are made from tungsten, since their dropped from outer space, they heat up as they go to the ground. So they need tungsten because that’s the most accessible and heat resistant metal to use.
Also all of the Aroxian fleet are radar resistant, making it hard to target them.
But not technically no.
They can still experience the effects
(But they can’t be affected by something like atomic bombs, other than the blast)

Well, it depends on the size of the Rod.
Rows of small rods can be used to decimate a convoy whereas a large rod can level a city.
