After some communication with pathetic he has informed me he has received no prior warning to his ban and requests a repeal so we can do this properly

Sometimes you don’t need warning if some people go over the edge. Example: Spam bots, scam users (those who advertise a company and shiz) and so on.
Comedy however that logic is flawed. Pathetic never went over the edge jostick Emilio both have and several times have and they still got multiple warnings before ban action was taken
And if we want to go there the ENTIRE community wanted to ban him

managing this place is fun, I like the interactions and many of the people here
but walking the line between a funny/dank, anything-goes community and one with rules “protecting” the users is not as easy as it seems
As a man who has to take care of Amino and obey their strict yet vague rules while people try to create loopholes in rules, I agree with how hard things can get and how people don’t know the definition of the phrase “be chill”.

there are obviously people here that don’t like him, and they poke at him often and I give him props he doesn’t take the bait

his response is usually to get upset, lash out, then leave
he then comes back, and – unprovoked – someone will start it with him again eventually
not to mention the fact a lot of people here have moments of “being extremely rude and inconsiderate”

I will lift his ban now to basically make it a 2-day ban since apparently this is a controversial decision
from here on out, talking like that ^ will result in a ban, I thought it would be common sense, especially in a community where everyone is eager to call someone out being “toxic”
