That’s not even true.
OC means original character. By definition, if you have an RHG, you have an OC.
Every RHG is an OC, but not Every OC is an RHG

you dont need powers for RHG. The very first original RHG’s were even simply weapon focused warriors.
Anyway *ahem* full definition.
Rock Hard Gladiators is a system of “avatars” or “chararacters” dueling aganist each other. First instance was made on http://www.rockhardanims.com but later moved to Fluidanims (Also shut down). Current offical RHG system is on Stick Page, where Fluidanims had merged with Stick Page.
Hyun Dojo has a similar instance, but with more spotlight and rewards for such duels. Was created by Hyun after Fluidanims shut down. Their systems are simply called “Dojo Duels” and the characters in it are called “Duelists”.
On sticknodes however, the RHG is misused term for simply a stickfigure character. It classifies more into an “original” character category though. People just call RHG everything now.
reminds me there was one SN user a couple years back legit getting angry at me that other people were using the term “RHG” and that I didn’t own the term or something so I should tell everyone to stop
