Battles do not need perms, so at group members, to start wars, just simply comment below if you are starting a war, but make it into a long paragraph, explaining why you are doing this, and list below what you did as an attack.

The USCPF is allies…for now.
Once I finish the story, there will be a sequel.
It will be where the USCPF will just attack the CDF, but Explosive won’t lead it once they disband, he will lead another ally.
