From left to right
Sauzer : Building collapsed on him when he was younger , survived but his face was a bit yanked
Titus : Within this part of the timeline , he got in fight with Tyrant and got his face a bit scuffed
Carmen : Blackout shrapnel grenade
Adraik : scars he wanted to keep after his fight versus dieter in part one , where essentially his whole face was obliterated. He had it reconstructed by Fear Monger between a deal with his dad to save him
Conroy : a fight versus a dude with a whacky sword
Alisdair : essentially all of part 2 , he just gets his ass scuffed with every fight , most of his scars are over his body tho
