By his regular size he’s 10 ft, but he’s a type 4 civilization which is a civilization that conquers galaxies, so with that kind of technology he can change to whatever size he wants really but not up to a light year wide.
Other citizens of the poactillians are also freakish, they’re originally plasma beings so they can be whatever shape they want, most dont stick to humanoids though so they can be even larger.
