Alisdair Lesknar , born into the Lesknar Family , was raised by his parents , a loving but frail mother (Mara Lesknar) , and a dominant and abusive father (Dieter Lesknar) . His dad worked along side 11 other families working as a sing unity to protect and help each other , but Dieter ended up betraying them

Faced with the choice to either help his father or his friends , Alisdair ended up helping in the brigade to take down his dad once and for all , landing that last shots into his father

Being hunted down by Dieter’s goons who wanted him dead . Caring for the safety of his friends , and mother , in a desperate and unhinged manner of action , Alisdair ended up taking himself out , gunshot to the head while his corpse fell from a tall bridge , into a fast moving icy river .

He was awoken to find himself in the cottage within the hospitality of a Mercenary who used to work with his dad’s friend . Though he originally just wanted to get Alisdair to good enough health and take him back to his mother , Alisdair refused due to him being a threat to his old life

Seeing the situation, Marcus (the Merc) agreed to not only help Alisdair with taking out his dad’s associates , but also help train him to become a worthy adversary to those he wants to kill

Alisdair later forms a squad (called the Zealots) who are made up of other guns for hire , by taking bounties of people he thought would be good to team up with

Ura , a female intelligence specialist who would go one to sever the new squad’s gear maker
Siege , a man with the ability to control wind and wield it

From here on out they all go to hunt down his dad’s past allies , which leads up to him meeting up with his old friends , as it turns out Eleanor Kestrel , his closest friend and lover , made a vow to avenge him
