tl;dr, it’s like how you click on frame, you get frame tools.
in this case, you get some useful shortcuts to some of the tools while drawing, as well as the shape picker has been brought to the side, along with top bar overhaul that got good shit for when you’re either making new segments or editing existing ones. -
