Or is it like… Just set of traits-
Like personality isn’t like what things are clumped together from things like “energetic” or “serious” and stuff like that. A good personality is what makes it feel like it’s a person… To some extent- sounds cliche, I know lol.

Good way to test your character cast is to see their interactions, that they don’t seem forced and stuff.

If you’re making series then it’s even better to actually invest in personalities first-
