since it’s a test you shoulda focused more on giving the dude some weight
he doesn’t seem to have to strain or build up pulling momentum when lifting the guy up, he just goes down and comes up linearly, which isn’t realistic
he should pause at the bottom and give an initial pull while the other guy is also bracing/reacting to the pull, etc

What Ralph said. I do this all the time by adding tweened frames near the beginning of the pull, and then have it gradually speed up, this also works well on guns

Reminds me of my animating skills in my first month of animating…when i joined this site, i stopped making runs that looks like sliding.
