you’re aware of the FPS so yah, up that (tho if using tweening you’ll likely get away with using this FPS so maybe disregard)
add a floor, pay attention to the feet position on the floor
make your poses (each frame) realistic (dude on the left is often in a statue mode with one leg up – why?)
