The atmosphere is a separate entity, as well as the ice on the planet is separate from the planet itself. The lighting is created with multiple round segments, & circles each with high blur, lowered opacity and some glow.
Haven’t begun the clouds yet.
The most unrealistic portion of this is the land lighting which will be improved upon. -
