It appears it is another birthday.

Today I have acquired a cake from the star system: It doesn’t actually have a name, but rather a sort of “mythical” name. They by most aliens call it “Adopted Child” in one way or another because it actually doesn’t originate from the milky way. It’s an artificially constructed purple star that is older than the universe. Some other aliens call it “Gift of the Matrix” or “God’s forsaken child” or something like that, I hope you get the point. It’s not even a star actually, it’s just a big purple dim brown dwarf. The planet receives pretty much no light altogether, and all life forms on this planet are shadows.

The aliens here formulate their cake using darkness. (I had to make it fit the occasion) And they did not tell me anything beyond that. But what I can tell you is that the moment they had begun making the cake, my vision went pitch black and I appeared back on Earth with it in my hands. They have a reputation for being mysterious and closeted like they are. So the cake supposedly tastes like a mix of coffee, oreo cocoa, and a bunch of other flavors that cannot be described in English. But it’s apparently the best cake in the galaxy, so I guess those flavors are sacred for a reason. The texture of the cake is described as a mouthful of powdery chocolate.
