Mellow is as any supposed jester is, a wisecracking jackass who isn’t afraid to say what he’s thinking, even if it puts him at risk. He sometimes puts on a hammy supervillain-like personality for show when facing off against any foes, as it’s his way of expressing his excitement for the battle to come.
But he’s sharp of mind too, and can tell a situation just by taking a glance at it. He knows when it’s time to get real, and won’t stop himself from getting mad when any of his friends are at risk.
Mellow has a strict no-kill-only-karma policy, but has no qualms with fighting dirty and ruthlessly. He will look out for any enemy’s weaknesses, and exploit the hell out of them when he finds it. He prefers not to fight head on unless it’s with an enemy he can take, and if it isn’t then he relies on tricky traps and tactics to slowly pick away at them until they’re at a state where he can finish them off.
At heart, Mellow’s a trickster, and that’s what he’s always been.
As for powers, Mellow can use Warlock’s Eye to slow down time, or fully stop time as I’ve talked about before. Both are for a short period.
He can also use Phantom’s Box to phase out of reality for a small amount of time, usually to get out of a situation. There’s only an 8 metre limit though, and high energy sources like electricity or lasers can’t be passed through.
Another move is him being able to spawn in reasonable objects like vehicles, weapons and other items with his Card System.
And his final ability is Legionary’s Arc, which essentially acts as a passive power that’s always active, whether there’s a small effect or a big effect on his performance. It basically acts as a power boost using his heart as an engine of sorts, but is also used to power up his:
•Rocket Boots which are there for increased mobility
•Wrist Straps that are used to spawn in the cards and to create an energy shield
•Basic Melee and Ranged weapons like the Knife, Bat and Cross-Pistol
It can act as a super power up too when he really needs it, and he gains two pairs of wings oddly shaped like his insignia.
Mellow has a hoverboard that he occasionally uses, but it’s more for show than anything. He has much more strength than the average person, being able to crack a brick wall completely with his bare hands. And he’s even more agile and acrobatic, thanks to his circus days. And his speed is unmatched with, unless there are those who are faster.
He isn’t an un-flawed individual though, and still makes plenty of mistakes. Saying things that weren’t needed or purposefully annoying people that he doesn’t like, pranking others for his own amusement and sometimes stepping outside the law to achieve a goal.
But he’s never truly malicious with his intentions and still wishes to do good, just in his own way.

In this timeline, Mellow mellows out and becomes a private detective, inspecting the rips in space-time that have begun to appear. He’s usually seen hanging out with Milky, if he’s cool with it, and always seen with Comet.
He is 23 now, and is little more mature. He doesn’t prank or annoy people as much, but is still a bit of a smartass. He sometimes speaks vaguely intentionally, purposefully trying to confuse others for his own amusement. Milky sometimes helps him out with his investigative work, but blindness is a hard thing to work with paper.

Qwerty is a sapient android produced by KEY labs, like all their creations he has the ability to see for miles in any direction while unobstructed, can discharge large amounts of electricity from the hands, enhanced jumping power(is able to jump at least 50ft into the air). Enhanced strength(can lift up to 500-700 pounds).

Technically, within the lore of the character he didnt come about fully until the 2040’s or 50’s. So in 2026 he’d probably be a more bionic prototype with more speed and a larger focus on Kinetic Essence Yield(basically life force energy) for combat rather than everyday life

Personality:
Qwerty’s more relaxed most of the time and tends to make a lot of sarcastic comments but is also really caring and helpful.
