Seems like speed needs to be worked on. Image based FPS animations are a good start. Not hard at all to do but help you figure out were things need to sit as FPS animations are very camera focused.

Not entirely sure why he shot the gun on an angle. I think you need to raise your fps too. The gunshot shouldn’t look so much like an explosion rather than a muzzle flash.
