At one point, yes. He’s lost his entire family, he was bullied by his cousins, nearly murdered by his own family on multiple occasions, arm dismembered by being ran over by a car, has very few people he knows.
His life has been hell and I’m surprised he’s came this far. However, it’s better to live a life of pain than an eternity of nothingness, death.

Replying to comment by:Nah nah, the mass of eyes make him extremely grotesque and alien, it makes him susturbing. Maybe elongated arms and legs to, so the exact same kinds of joints as normal people but the limbs are unnaturally long and he could run on all fours on roofs when his eyes could allow him to see everything while hiding in the shadows
