What? I think you have an observation problem. My channel is riddled with the character you supposed pulled an op power out of his ass. His powers have been established in the previous episode two. And there is literally one op character. Much less than a bunch. I guess you could call them generically designed, but they’re all StickFigures, so there’s nothing much to expect. There are only so many colors on the color wheel, sorry if I didn’t meet your picky taste buds.

Just watched your first episode. No explanation or story towards powers, 6 different characters are introduced all in a few minutes.. Only one with a bit personality so far. Their powers are not explained “nice try” and the characters are not interesting. They’re boring. Nothing special about them besides some limbs being different colours than others and supposedly different powers but that doesn’t help you remember a character much. And there is one blue dude, like 2 green dudes, one with black arms and a few others. Your series is like every other series. Smothered in combat while taking a massive dump on story. Theres no feeling fkr characters. They fight with hard a big reason as to why. Theyre just fighting. Your series is honestly just another elements clone. I’ve gotten popular cause I steer clear of that style and put some effort into story and not just animation. Epitaph is the same way as me, and that’s why both me and him are succesful. I don’t mind if you use base figures as your style, but ive seen this a thousand times. It’s like Elements and that series puts me to sleep. It’s just another animation with a bunch of flashy effects and fights. But theres nothing defining. Out of all the things you use to define you do a single segment change… If your gonna add detail, add something more defining than a segment. Now guess what, you brought yourself this by attacking Epitaph for no reason. Truth is people prefer more detail than less. You see this in my Project Landfall and Epitaphs SN movie. Hell. Even use my more simplistic apocalypse for example and that uses base figures I have some defining features for the characters now.

You said you haven’t seen the rest of the second episode so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt on your ignorance of it. The story was explained in full detail in the episode itself. It’s nothing like elements at all.
As to me bringing this upon myself.
The only thing I brought upon myself is the waste of time from Tweener one and Tweener Defense#1.
You have a series that is a literal zombie apocalypse. If you two didn’t spend so much time on half-gradient sticks, you’d be better animators rather than posting stuff that takes a large dump in the open mouths of anyone who wants to get good. Sorry I hurt your ego for five seconds. You two being big StickNodes representers and all.

Wrong. I watched the rest of the second episode after watching the first. Didn’t have my attention. It was boring, what I saw was another storyless animation with a bunch of simplistic OP stick figures fight each other. I’ve seen this somewhere, *Looks at elements*. You also seem like using insults instead of bringing up the facts. All I’m seeing is, green dude without a name is teleported into the middle of a destroyed city or something, he gets shot. He gets back up like it was nothing and then comes are cross a liquid dude an rips him apart for no reason then everybody ends up fighting some giant yellow dude. Then episode two comes along and it extends off the fight scene of episode one. You can’t possibly say that is a story. Now attacking tween is pathetic. It’s a tool that smoothens animations, nothing more. The difference between tween and non tween is the efficiency and style. I prefer tween simply because it keeps the smoothness in my animations while I get the posing right in the key frames. And your point on me running a zombie apocalypse series? None. And I will fully admit, it is not my best work for the first few episodes but by part 6 it gets a much stronger story. Even the early episodes have better story than whatever the hell you have there. I also spend a lot more time animating than making figures. I spend probably hours more working entirely on sound work, animation, editing, exporting, creating figures, typing lore and thinking up the story than what 90% of other animators out there do. That’s why I’m where I am. Same with Epitaph. And half gradient sticks? It ain’t gradients I spam. I spam the simple and smallest details to make my animations also visually appealing. You have 0 breathtaking scenes in your animations where you have to just pause the video and look. Me and Epitaph as well as many other users on this website that actually try put work into everything and not just adding flashy effects and wierd animations to figures that don’t make sense. I animate like you do with the twist of tween being in mind. I focus on realism while you focus on style. Not a bad thing, but it goes to show that you can’t say shìt about my animation. Cause every non tween animation I’ve added tween too, ends up looking horrible with flawed positioning. Now I don’t mind you speaking your opinion as your a less popular user, but you’re awfully arrogant to say you are better than both of us. Also you didn’t hurt me a single bit. In fact you give me a bit of a laugh with out popular you are despite how similar and generic your content is. And trust me. Ask everyone in this community if I have an ego. Likely they will all say no as I’m considered the nicest one. So drop the insults and bring out the facts if you are going to debate. You ain’t convincing me through insults.

OK
I’ve watched ep 1 & 2 of Dimensia and I can wrap the story up as…confusing
Ep 1 doesn’t explain jacksh!t, and there’s a lot of asspulls. Like how the main character just grows wings? Why he just instantly teleported to this place for some reason? How all these people who SHOT HIM and were pretty hostile towards him are suddenly on his side, and he just forgives them (I don’t know about you but if I got shot I’d be pretty pissed)? Especially with how edgy this character can be (shown in Ep 2 when they encounter MIND) but then he’s jokey? Does he have a split personality or something?
There’s nothing wrong with using tween, professionals in the industry do it all the time and they’re big corporations with studios and big budgets and huge teams! Most SN operations are just one guy! Not using tween doesn’t make you a superior animator, and bragging about how you don’t just comes off as arrogant and ass-holish.
I’d also like to state what I’ve been saying for a while, THERES MORE TO ANIMATION THAN THE ANIMATION PROFESSIONALLY FFS
There’s a reason you don’t see base figures on TV, that’s because the standards are too high
They’ve been this high since the creation of the concept of ‘art’
Think of it like this:
A lot of people think all there is to FPS is aim, but there’s more to it than that
There’s good positioning, good awareness, good teamwork in most cases, good map knowledge etc etc etc
Now replace aiming with animation
Animation is incredibly important, but there’s more to it than that
There’s good composition, good character design, sound design etc etc.
Ok then there’s ep 2
They meet mind and then they go to some random abandon house. And then, the EXPOSITION DUMP
So basically they spill the beans about everyone and everything, and you know the saying show don’t tell?
Well…..
Like I’d be fine if all they did was talk about the 5 tyrants and why they’re fighting them, but then they also gotta give the character’s description and it’s soo f#%king urrgh
Like we already knew what each of them did!
Also one character smokes, and I feel like the whole “That’s why he smokes” would’ve been more natural feeling if we already saw him smoking. Like you could’ve just left one hanging in his mouth and we would instantly get it.
You don’t need to explain why he smokes. Just from the backgrounds alone and the fact that he shoots everyone he first meets, we can tell that he’s seen some sh!t.
In ep 2 like I said earlier, all of a sudden our main character gets real edgy for one moment.
So in episode 1 we can tell that the main character can be serious, but does have a sense of humor, shown when he said “Move man this dudes heavy as hell”
But then we he meets MIND and it’s controller, all of a sudden when she starts threatening him, he starts being really f#%king edgy
The screen gets tinted black, his pupils shrink, and he starts cussing and saying edgy stuff?
Where did this come from?
And then he takes her out np.
Like no one mentions his unexplained heel turn (unless when the guy says he’s “Scarier than she is” counts, which no, it doesn’t) and it Just felt really out of place
If you’re going to have an edgy character make him edgy. I’m not on the edgy hate train, I’ll make jokes about the edge but aslong as the edge makes sense, I can take it seriously but it’s hard to take edge seriously when it comes out of no where
It’s hard to fear blacksuit Peter when minutes earlier he was awkwardly pointing at women, buys a suit, and starts dancing…
And I don’t know about you but I’d like to know how you actually start a portal
Like I said there’s a lot of things that just happen, and some of the things that dont need explaining, get explained anyway, and it’s all done in one minute long exposition dump (and since these episodes are only 5 minutes, that’s an even bigger problem)
And don’t you dare tell me “It’ll get better I promise”
If you fail to book me with the pilot, then you probably aren’t gonna entertain me for long
C’mon people we all know that shows only get allowed a full series if the network deems it good. If a bunch of non-sense asspulls, inexplicable edge, and exposition dumps explaing everything (even things that don’t need explaining) were on TV?
Then I would officially lose faith in cable television.
