XOF : It’s like the FOX but with time it became Cipher’s strike force. Cipher is lead by Major Zero , creator of the FOX and XOF is lead by Skullface , “A ghost without a past”.

Motherbase : The main and only base of the MSF

Mother base was destroyed by the XOF the on March 16, 1975 with a trojan operation. XOF succesfully destroyed MSF and Motherbase , Big Boss escaped with Kaz , Chico , Paz , a paramedic and a sodier but their chopper was put down because the XOF had placed 2 bombs in Paz. They did remove one (visible caus of her bloody cloth) but they didn’t knew for the one in her vagina (no joke) , when Kaz woke her violently to interogate her , she juped out of the chopper to avoid killing Big Boss and the other people. When the bomb blew up she wasn’t far enough to avoid damaging the chopper , resulting in the destruction of the chopper and puting Big Boss in a coma for 9y. Then Big Boss woke up in a hospital , the place was attacked by XOF some times after he woke up , Big Boss then escaped , rescued Kaz in a mission , and created the Diamond Dogs. They succesfully took revege on the XOF and became Outer Heaven in the 90’s.
