It hurts to constantly beat my bias down when doing this, but it’s just doing what is right.

Hmm. Two series episodes, one is the first episode, one is the second but both are seperate series.
Alright. I’ve know known Napalm for a while, and his 404 series is quite unique. Been a while since I watched it though. This specific one is just 404 – Part 2 by Napalm. Not a special name for it, just simple which is a good sign. But today I will watch it again and give it a rating. And so will you. Maybe.
http://sticknodes.com/spotlight/404-part-2/Love you Napalm, but the front stage animation here is a big one. Whether it’s actually good or not, I’m gonna have to see for myself. But this spotlight is Attack on Titan – Generation Ep1 by X-Ray Anims. I already know it isn’t my thing, but it had people raving all over the place over how good it was and we saw the trailer just a few days ago for spotlight rating. We will just have to go and vote on it based on what we see.

Cause there\’s certain details and a threshold of quality that I am looking for. And if I\’m getting help from someone else for a series that I\’m trying to do mostly solo, I can\’t exactly take as much credit for it.

Alright. Main video of Project landfall has 4:04 done. +53 sec I have done on a dialogue scene that I’ve made in this past 2 days. Add 1:19 on what I have done surrounding the end of the episode which much of it I probably will redo since it is kinda just thrown together.
But as of right now we got 6:16 done on Project Landfall. Not bad considering I kinda just started working on this hardcore last month. Might crank my workload up even more on it. It kinda is just taking a while. Just a little. -

Well…….
Nah, actually you got a point. -

Simple movieclips for when you hate doing manual animation of the same thing over and over again. Good.

Well. Not quite yet.

Part 6 is gonna be as big as when Half life Alyx was announced. It ain\’t Half Life 3, but its related and justified to freak out over.

Todays spotlights are both pretty well done.
First up is Hell Fight Collab 2 by Animator X. I remember watching this and there really wasn’t much to it,but it was entertaining. The entries were well made and it was quite satisfying. But it kinda just holds that beat up 8 stick figures collab format. Part of the reason I stopped making collabs was just that I didn’t see an overall point in them. Especially when people fail to follow the simplest of rules and rush their entry for the sake of just having their name in there. But go on, check this one out. I think it’s pretty short for a collab.
http://sticknodes.com/spotlight/hell-fight-collab-2/Next up we got Raymond Gets Owned by Heckray Anims. It’s Heckray, he’s got what I consider polished animation. It isn’t exactly mind blowing good, but it’s good animation that remains consistent throughout his animations which in my opinion is most of the time better than having good animation with a bunch of out of place moments. I remember watching it, but I don’t remember it entirely. A good rewatch will be good followed by rating it.

Oh good. Another distraction to buy me more time to work on my series.

Well. I gotta give credit somewhere. Just not in visuals.
But yeah. For the badge role.

Heh. Lol. Actually. I mean, if their style is that way, fine. But if people praise the simple design for being really good and better than the more accurate attempt at a human figure, then no.

looking back at it now, the animation makes me cringe, oh the pain.. and i was so proud of it
Your standards change over time. I run into the same problem. Though you gotta take into consideration what you did right and agree with yourself what you did wrong.
