Actually it is realistic when a guns fire rate is bumped up with rounds that hit harder that the standard. Also what thing from halo? Artificial gravity is the only thing possible but shrinking stuff like that requires mass amounts of freezing to the point of you compressing molecules. An interesting little thing but there’s not science to really back this grenades existence so I will probably stick to that idea of it exploding acid or attracting energy from around itself creating an implosion. Detail would need to be bumped up a bunch though.
