Jester Duffey was one of the Astro bombers. He is from NCLO and was born in 2021. When he was in school people always made a joke that he’d be a terrorist, this subcontiuwsly made him want to be one. He became very intrigued by bombs. When he was 23 he decided to make a terrorist group and set his sights on the launching station Ozone Daniels was on. He too was injured during this when a officer shot a bullet at him that grazed his neck. He carries a glock and combat knife at all times. He also has a gold tooth with a diamond in it.
