Extremely sensitive to heat wouldn’t apply to you then. 20 is an average nice day out. Could go 6 hours and just start feeling the heat. But in 30° you start feeling the heat in 15-20 minutes. This is if you’re pushing the highest gear on your bike and not stopping until 15 minutes have past. About the friend request anyway, my brother has been playing on my computer 10-12 hours every single day. I have to wait till 8pm to even touch my computer. But I will try to make it happen today.

I just biked in 30°C weather for 2 hours.
I do stuff like this every 2 days, if the weather isn’t nice, I go onto an exercise bike in my house and run for 30 straight minutes. In between these days I go onto a bowflex or do 100 pushups. I’ve been slacking a little on muscle exercises but these week I’m gonna go solid on it.
