I’ve only bought 2 things. 1080p export and watermark removal. I’m not a fan of it either. So I don’t buy much from it. The worst thing anyone could do is by subcriptions.

Yeah, I did it with 1080p export. I think it removes watermark as well.

Yeah, mobile. You can pay a rather ridiculous price to have watermark and 1080p export. I had to debate getting it as much as I wanted 1080p export.

I require a certain amount of complexity with my video editing software
Like being able to keyframe object properties, do node compositing to combine 3d and 2d, chroma key, even mundane things like change text font Midway through a video.
All I know is I can do just about anything with my setup.

Not very nice in a frame-by-frame setup but it’s better than having to switch out a picture every frame and then your timeline is a mess.

F**k complexity, whole reason i use StickNodes
Well. Just using stick nodes to make a full fledged video with background sounds isn’t exactly possible. Theres many things SN can’t do including the ability to play long audio files which is needed for perfection in audio work. There is also things within SN that aren’t on the level of things that you have available in video editor like overlay effects on videos. Would you rather tint everything black in a video are darken the scene in a video editor. Part of using external softwares to create content is to enhance content, or make creation of content more efficient.

Well that’s why I’ll do that in iMovie which does have long sounds and does have sound layering. I can also tint everything with it. As i said, I’ll use StickNodes for as much as possible and I’ll use iMovie for the one or two things I couldn’t do
I will use video editors to replace things that don’t look good in stick nodes.
