1. No, you have no idea what anime is:

The average blind anime hater usually only watched a few clips of it, and it was purposely the bad ones so they can feel validated or something. Whenever they \”try\” to watch it, trust me, they\’re a. Not paying attention b. Don\’t give it a chance after a few minutes or c. Just watch it so they can say they know what they\’re talking about.

2. You don\’t understand it at all do you?

Alot of people think anime is dumb just because of; the certain way they talk, the subjects they talk about, the abilities, and the character designs.
Well 1. Alot of people don\’t realise is that dubs can be bad and usually are bad, mostly because translation of Japanese to english isn\’t always smooth, which does lead to a few stupid lines. 2. Maybe if you were paying attention to the plot you\’d get it, but even if you don\’t, you don\’t say it\’s bad just because you don\’t understand it.
3. Have you seen ANY design before? Because I can tell ya, it isn\’t always jeans and T-shirts.

4. If you boil it down enough ANYTHING can be/look/sound stupid. Batman is a rich white man running around in a suit punching dudes. Spiderman is a white teenager who does spider stuff and punches dudes.
Iron man is a rich white man who flys around in a robo-suit.
Anything, ANYTHING. I dare you to tell me otherwise.

3. STOP OVERUSING WEABOO: Often times people misuse and overuse the word weeb/weeaboo with reckless abandon, but they don\’t even understand what it means. A weeaboo is someone who is obsessed with Japanese culture and denounces their own and claims to be Japanese. Meaning; You are not a weeaboo if you like anime. You are not a weeaboo if you know how to speak Japanese. You are not a weeaboo if you read manga. You are not a weeaboo if you have a sword collection (Even tho in my opinion it\’s a bit pointless)

4. Stop grouping everything into one thing:
Alot of people watch one anime and assume \”Oh all anime is like this\” and uh, Wrong?

Wrong.

Thinking that all anime is the same is like thinking all cartoons are the same…..Wait….

Saying that all anime is the same is like saying every show is the same, cause they aren\’t.

It\’s hard to define anime, but anime itself has many sub-genres. You got Idol anime, Harem anime, Battle anime, Drama anime, and much much more.

It\’d be plain stupid to assume everyone of them are the same.

This is mostly a complaint on Spierr\’s end but:

5. No, not every anime is hypersexual.

In conclusion: Don\’t knock it until you try it.

It\’s stupid to put Japanese cartoons on such a different standard, and shunning Japanese things is; reclusive, retarded, and dare I say xenophobic.

You don\’t have to like it, but you shouldn\’t hate on the entire industry as a whole.
