History of the Marzopian Continent:

Around 500 years ago,the West saw the collapse of one of the most advanced and powerful empires to ever exist.This empire had grand temples and shrines to all six of their gods and the greatest of their temples,the “Temple of Great Wisdom” was the tallest building to ever be built, standing at 300ft.It housed the nation’s sacred library,which contained knowledge of many magic techniques and artifacts as well as divine magics used in religious ceremonies.

The nation had lost its king and its Grand temple was destroyed,during a battle that turned most of the continent into an uninhabitable wasteland with risidual magic pockets that can cause various ailments and form wicked whirlwinds of magic power that give life to all sorts of magic beasts that reside in ruins of former settlements,now known as dungeons. In modern times(year 698 of the queen’s calendar)dungeons are explored for treasure and relics,however many who go on such expiditions never return,earning the entire area the name of “The plains of Misery”.Despite this,there are still mages willing to go and as such,dungeons and their beasts are ranked alongside mages in the following ranks:

Sorceror class
Archmage class
Senior mage class
Junior mage class
Spellcaster class

THE COUNCIL OF KINGS

Every few years since the end of the civil war, the leaders of the three kingdoms would meet with each other and discuss the status of their respective kingdoms. This meeting would sometimes…not always, discuss the possibility of reforming the old Empire(The Marzopian Empire). However, these discussions ceased once the eastern kingdom became a \”republic\” (The republic of Trayland[Natavre za Unde Traekorr]).The current leaders are,King Ravan Kroue from the ,kingdom of Hickory,[Hikkora], Prince Zen(Acting King of Steele), and Dantech Uvol(King elect of Traekorr). The upcoming meeting will be held in the capital of Hikkora, the city of Igrizia
