That’s pretty exotic.
Basically his arm splits open his hand turns sideways his fingers retract into the hand except for his finger tips then his hand spins like a circular saw but all those modifications cost a lot of his power so he is not able to do long missions when the modifications are in function
Good. It seems a little wacky and ridiculous for Landfall but this….. This is actually kinda neat and makes your character have even more of an exotic feeling.
