Yeah, it’s that godzilla from the ‘Man in the Suit’ shit. Me personally, it stank and that is coming from someone who has never even watched anything remotely related to it… anyways, gyakushū (逆襲) means ‘counterattack’ and well, I guess you could say that name is fitting because Raids Again and this suit were basically cashing in on the success of the first film, not to say it’s bad but it doesn’t reach the highs of the first

Changelog is as follows;
-Redesigned head, added muscle detail and whatnot
-Massively revamped dorsal plates
-Longer torso
-Longer neck
-Remodeled fingers and nails
-Blunt tail
-Improved gradient nodes
-Nigh-complete removal of polyfill

Now if you couldn’t already tell and if you didn’t look at the group’s pinned post, not all of these stks are COMPLETE overhauls of the original figures but simply major revisions in areas that need it most and going forward with the next few designs, you’ll see what I really mean

I am on a mission
I’ve been on this mission since fucking 24′ or so, I am going to make as many Godzilla designs as possible, as many with reliable and usable references because I love this fatass lizard… so how far have I gotten?

The Origins: Godzilla Minus Consistency
So it all started after the creation of both another fucking remake of MonsterVerse Godzilla and my OC godzilla brother when one little Helmet suggested I do the Minus Godzilla way back when, I was already humoring the idea of doing multiple godzilla’s starting with 54′ but hey, why not do a little funny and so, MaiGoji was up first! And then I did Shodai, and then Gyakushu, and then King, and then Mosu, and all the way to DesuGoji aka Burning Godzilla 95′ and I got tired by that point so after a while, I took a good look at the godzilla’s I made… AND THEY WERE SO ASS BRO😭😭😭😭 Like holy shit, nearly all them have aged so fucking poorly and so I went on another damn mission…

My Current Mission: MAKE BETTER!
I decided to redo all of them… Okay, not ALL of them. I sought out to essentially fix many of them for two primary reasons; 1. They looked so fucking terrible and 2. Polyfill makes everything too damn laggy and barely makes since for most of them anyways. So for all of the actual stks, I did the following…

Shodai (54), Daisenso (65 – 66), Soshingeki (68 – 72), Megaro (73 – 75), the entire Heisei lineup (84 – 95), and the Stan Winston Godzilla were all completely redone from the ground up. Gyakushu (55), King (62), Mosu (64), Musuko (67), Marvel (77), Hanna Barbara (78), and Steve Miner’s 3D Godzilla (83) saw changes to their structures and design features, some greater than others… however, I’ve also decided to throw in more designs to the fray and you may have actually seen one of them. I just finished ToraGoji, both the 98′ Film and the Animated Series designs. I’ve finally reached the Millenium Era! I’M A FEW STEPS CLOSER TO REMAKING GODZILLA 2019 YET A-FUCKING-GAIN Now am I gonna show you my super sexy Redux designs?
