Contributor = Put down each week ( sometimes a week off )
Backup = Cover for anyone should they miss their days and you’re put down on the rota as backup for that day

We just judge it from overall post-making and writing skills and the ability to be unbiased and make entries reliably and to the best of the user’s abilities. So yes it pretty much is an age thing but for good reason, it’s not to say you have no use, it’s moreso just a question of what skills do you yield and where can we place you to make your time in the Site Log worthwhile.
