Technically(although not really.) Strawberry Milk is Milkys Sister cause while they are from another universe(There is only one milky for each universe, as milky is not a species unless that universe needs two for some reason) they are still related as in the same, dna(unless there is a difference) genes and what not.
And Choclate Milk, Strawberry milk and a few others, got stuck in this one since their respective universe (either combined with ours or were destroyed) and now they are here. - Load More

Dude, just give him some slight, barely present boobs, and change the color and that should be enough. Female anatomy is almost indentical to male anatomy, just with a few parts changed out.
