You can’t deny that they are perfect for testing simple movements. Hell. You can’t just change the style of the Apocalypse series to a project landfall style animation. That is what kills both series and entire game franchises. Only unless the evolve off their original idea like what bungie did with halo combat evolved. It was nothing like it currently is today.
Just saying. For what scarf figures are used for is something they should not be used for. Apocalypse started off using lower end figure designs. I enhanced it a slight bit by adding morr details to all sorts of stuff, but I can’t just add defining features to characters that started out plain. If I were to do so, that would be ruin the simple style animation for many people, thats were people like apocalypse partially. But I want to move on from much of a stick figure color defining style so I plan on wrapping up apocalypse at some point soon so I can focus on project landfall. But there is NO denying that they are good for tests.

You could slowly introduce more and more detail over time. Don’t go full on modern EB but more along the lines of when i was new and you were like number 1 here

I already about halfway through the series. So a sudden change to a simpler character with more detail would suffer from issues like knowing who is who? I can’t change the whole
Blue Stick = Ian
Black Stick With Backpack = Aiden.
I’ve jumped up the detail on some characters by giving them armor but I can’t just solve everything with throwing armor at characters. Or random clothes thst create the thought that these characters in the series were running around full nudist with assault rifles and shotguns.
Try doing the tracks as just a simple line. Maybe rip a desing off of some of the tanks on the website.
Btw, Hows episode 2 going?
I’m really hyped.
Are you going to tell everybody’s story or something like that? I’d really like to see my story lol
I need to do an episode of my apocalypse first.
;-;
bullet used to be a basefig user
that was only because he had to haha roasted #stickfightersucks
I use Stickfigure_Base as a base on my figures
Base figures serve as a pretty decent style. They’re a little simple but are amazing for tests.
@epitaph200
u done it now

YOU TRAITOR
This was a post about me needing advice on tank tracks, why did it lead to a stick base convo

I mean in terms of like the conveyor belt thing, like how will I make it so it can move properly
I don’t know if you can. Don’t stress too much on detail for the track part.
alright
