Hmm…
I’ve been doing alot of thinking. And I do mean ALOT of thinking.
Details in figures. The point of MOST animations is to tell a story whatever story that may be. While I’m not a fan of bases or scarfs I’m fine with simplistic figures my favorite of this simplicity being @vamrackpowerhouserhouse. (Btw how old are you you look 20) as long as you can tell the story with your style whatever that may be your animation should improve whatever style you use. My next point is that all figures have their limits and before you tell me a skilled animator would know how to get around it. Stop right there and listen. Details restrict certain types of movement. @muhskillz shows why people like to use base or scarfs figures. It’s the flexibility. Characters like @explosivebullet cannot make such movements unless a figure was created for that figure to get around that. Next is how people are treated when they disagree with the popular people like @epitaph200. It’s terrible. Even @sswsb has felt the effects and created a simple but detailed character just to get people of his back. It’s atrocious. My last point is weapon design and why real life functionality should not replace unique design
Ex http://sticknodes.com/thumbs/deadlysword.jpg
This was a cool sword witch I argued for but EVERYONE here is obsessed with functional design it’s limiting creativity and getting users scared to post their swords. Anyhow that’s my mini rant

male homonid as I have shown previously you can stretch with explosive bullet’s OC, it just requires some clever masking.
also lmao vamrackpowerhouserhouse
Lmao
That doesn’t equal the same movement muskilz demonstrates
There for Limitations
Agreed. I’ve used stretches often with him with no problems. You just can’t do so 90° turns due to the detail though.
@vamrackpowerhouse
Need my help?
Nah just wanted you to see this
Oh.wait people are getting hate because of a weapon’s detail?damn.
Yep
Ale how old are you
67

Setting limitations is what makes us far more creative.
By setting a boudry, you will think outside the box to get something clever and unique.
But I thought the saying was
Think outside of the box not stay in the box.
It’s like how a lot of shows are at their best when on the verge of cancellation. Or how your body operates at its peak if something life threatening is going on. Or like how Fallout New Vegas is a great game made with a tiny budget and 18 months, but Mass Effect Andromeda had a 40 million dollar budget and 5 years in the making yet turned out like utter sh!t.
Limits sometimes spark creativity because you have to be creative to work around said limits.
…Ehhhh

He’s completely right, admit it.
Meh.
That’s not that same with stick node’s I already worked around the movement limits with detailed figures and I don’t like the result because tween is their strong suit not non tween.and most of the time the parts won’t go the right directiondirection, hell I even worked my way around that but its unessasary I work smarter not harder.
True. Detailed figs aren’t even close to as flexible as simpler figs, but Ralph’s coming up with a smart stretch feature that may change that

You work easier, not creatively.
Basic figs are easier. Detailed figs are harder because they require more skill and patience, hence why good animatiors who use better figs are so rare, because it’s hard to be that good.
(Joting notes of this argument down for future thoughts and research)
Anything else you have to say on this matter all of you?
However epitaph as muskilz demonstrates. Base figs are indead correct easier to use but are more flexible as to lack of detail. Detailed figures (your being an acception to a degree because of how they are built) are harder with 3d movement because the don’t naturally stretch and blurring them takes away from the scene. You could use views to make this easier but the only great way is to make angled based figures to made said 3d movements
No when I say smarter not harder I mean your going to get the same same results if you try to animate a arm moving in tween some times it won’t go the right direction and you have to keep using the damn don’t tween frame to get the arm in the right direction but in tween you don’t have to worry about that but you need to be really good at easing.hard work and unessary hard work is too different things I do hard work.lmao base is easier than detailed really REALLY? my boi I can make a awesome fight in detail in a week and I did which was sonic vs sonic exe.you wanna know how long it took me to get to 37 secs for my mewlia vs Mr green? 1 month and 3 weeks.I’m baffled right now.I work easier and not creative. My man, my boi I plan my fights before I make them,I always put a story before any conflict happens and I know how to make comedy. I even have OCS no one has heard of yet,I have so much more plans after im done with the 2 big projects of which you have think is uncreative. Here’s a tip for yah………BE PAICENT DAMN!!!(I might have spelled that wrong).you have no idea what I’m doing so stop assuming my style and wait. It’s not hard to animate a detailed figure but it’s not interesting with their static rotation.
If you saw my shout out video I just uploaded there’s a moment where fox and Mario is fighting in the background of which took 1 day to make and it’s amazing.
I’m afraid I accidentally started ww3
Nah because that’s all I have to say.I have not time to prove anything to epitaph right now. He’s gonna have to wait until the project’s are done.

Tween + non-tween combo is superior to Pure Tween and Pure Non-Tween.
It’s more time consuming.
It’s more intense
It’s more difficult
That’s because you need skill and patience to use it.
Stop being goddamn lazy and put the extra effort in. It’s for your own goddamn sake
All I have to say is think what you want. Because only you think that.and if you aren’t that’s good but it won’t change my mind.

You know what, you know what, fine, fine!
I could’ve helped you grow. Ut you turned it down cause “detailed figs are frustrating, ooooh”. Get a f**king grip.
There is a huge difference between styles here and if you look at his videos his figs arn`t badly detailed
Either way epitaph is insisting only his way is right when your way is also right
You must have forgotten that big speak about making stick node’s great.damn ain’t that ashame at least I can back my words up.
Didn’t he basically insist he was right then to?
I think so.
“Ohhh I hate scarf figs” we get it you hate them good for you now keep it to yourself because no one care except for people that only care about detail.wait that’s only you!!!lol
Subscribed to him because of that video. Also I wanted to improve my animation for my series. Is it ok if I practice with your figs?
If you mean epitaph subbing to him he won’t I can already predicted it.and sure you can practice with my fig’s. wait your asking my right?
“Me”
Yeah because I wanted to include them in my story like I did leader but wanted your permission to use them at all
And to use a figure I have to practice with it
OK I know this is off topic but does cosmy have a YouTube channel because I like his gif with the demon nodes guy.
Oh then sure
Thank you man. I’ll be sure your not disappointed

I HAVE IMAGINATION

RIGHT?

I’m just waiting for the opinion war to end
One enternity later
Are the still arguing?
Because epitaph insists he is right
*Joins you*
Sh*t get me some of that popcorn I’m enjoying what’s happening. Lol
Better question why am I laughing.lol
I’m trying not to now damn phone actually stupid.
