I’m sorry, idk what to tell you, this isn’t an SN issue, it’s some type of problem with either your Google Play account (logged into the right one?), your device, did you actually even *buy* the app (I love the people that complain about updating and they pirated it to begin with), maybe it takes some time to reach your country, etc, etc.
